Joey bistrot cafe'

The delightful Pizza Restaurant Joey Bistrot moves with modern elegance inside a historic building in the town, with a large entrance courtyard and a fascinating rear garden between very high walls in local stone. Their pizza is incomparable to anything seen and tasted throughout the province. It winks at the Neapolitan one but differs in flavor and fragrance of the dough, consequently remaining one of a kind and inimitable. The super cornice (or balcony) is soft and honeycombed, the base soft and crunchy at the same time, for a light bite that immediately accompanies the next tasting, after a sip of fresh beer. Cooking, seasoning and quality of the ingredients are decidedly meticulous and well selected, great variety on the menu, good service. The only shame was that the mixed frittino was really small (considering the price of 9 euros) and which was missing one of the four elements that should have made it up and completed it (the aubergine meatballs).

A bistro where you can find and try many proposals and all of them are truly very good! I highly recommend the Joey pizza: star-shaped pizza where each tip has a different filling. The waiters were very helpful but one (forgive me but I don't remember her name) made us feel at home and was very helpful in satisfying our requests. I'll be back!
